Sustainability

We work to eradicate the structural causes of poverty through an action program with a long-term projection. Our objective is that the achieved improvements are significant and lasting.

Transparency

We guarantee the transparency in the management of our organization and in our interventions in Varanasi. Our commitment to accountability with donors starts from the time any support is received.

We regularly communicate with our members and sponsors, our accounts are annually published and audited by Iberaudit Auditores Galicia SL; and we are open to any question or a visit to our program in Varanasi.

Comprehensiveness

In Varanasi we work in an integral program to improve the well-being of children of unprivileged families, intervening simultaneously on the areas of education, health and nutrition within the family.

Participation

In Varanasi, we work through local counterparts and staff, who best know the needs of the community and listen to their members. We channel resources to support projects born in the community.

Professionalism

We seek excellence in the management of our resources. In addition, we promote continuous improvement processes: lessons learnt are incorporated in our activities we consult other organizations to share experiences and optimize resources.
