BECOME A VOLUNTEER
If you would like to contribute to our cause, you can become more involved as a volunteer. Send us your CV together with a covering letter at hr@seedforchange.org.
In Spain, we need people like you, committed with the development of the most unprivileged communities in India. Volunteers mainly take part in fund-raising and awareness work; however, we also appreciate contributions to other functions (IT, advertising, administrative work etc). Contact us if you would like to know how you can help.
In India, our policy is to work with local counterparts and personnel, so that, on the one hand, jobs are created in Varanasi; on the other, their localized knowledge can be utilized. Therefore on the ground volunteers are only accepted in the case where a technical profile, with specific skills not locally found, is required.
In adherence with our principle of professionalism, in our selection processes, apart from taking into consideration the motivation and commitment of the candidates, the experience and technical knowledge for the job are highly valued.
BECOME AN EMPLOYEE
Currently, the work of Seed for Change is carried out solely through the solidarity and selfless work of several volunteers. In the near future, some key positions will be remunerated, to ensure exclusive dedication and talent retention.
